More about the role: Learn about the company products and provide basic product support to customers. Answer inbound calls and respond to emails/livechat queries. Provide excellent customer service ensuring positive interactions for all customers. Escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed. Take part in training courses when required. Who we are looking for: A Great Communicator - Someone with strong communication skills both over the phone and via email/livechat. A Team Player - Someone who the team can rely on and will get along well with those they are working with. Strong Customer Service skills and a Commitment to Excellence - A background in retail, hospitality, call centre or reception type roles is not necessary but will have you well equipped for a role like this. Technology Proficience - Basic efficiency in computer systems will be required to be succesful in this role. Excellent Attendance and Time Keeping - A perfect track record of attendance and punctuality. Experience in technology resellers such as JB HiFi, the Good Guys or Harvey Norman is highly regarded but not necessary.
