Administration Support – Insurance (Entry Level)

We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our Risk & Insurance Due Diligence team within Aon Risk Solutions.
The Risk & Insurance Due Diligence team is part of the global Aon Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Solutions practice that specializes in the provision of Insurance and Risk Advisory Services to the Merger and Acquisition community including Private Equity, Fund Managers, Investment Banks, Financiers, Large Private and ASX listed businesses and Developers involved in major development projects.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like
This role supports four Client Relationship Managers in delivering M&A projects from an insurance perspective.
You will be responsible for completing various client service support tasks for the Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence team.
Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!
Responsibilities:
Work in a collaborative team environment to undertake all support activities in the delivery of risk and insurance projects.
Activities will include: Managing the data room process including access, retrieval and review of available information and managing the Q&A process.
Developing draft reports and all supporting information.
Developing underwriting information in the form of a target overview.
Collating and summarising insurance information including program summaries, claims reports and premium calculations.
Engaging with internal stakeholders including industry and product experts and placement specialists to provide input into program reviews.
Collating and undertaking premium calculations.
Work directly with clients, external advisors and internal stakeholders to collate information in a timely manner.
Attend internal and external client meetings associated with the delivery of M&A projects.
Support client engagements with Project Managers including responding to RFP proposals, briefings, interim and final reports.
Develop internal relationships to support the delivery of engagements.
Undertaking research and analysis as inputs into proposals and/or marketing activities.
Undertake administrative responsibilities associated with the insurance due diligence process on projects and the management of the team as requested that is accurate, efficient and time responsive.
Provide day-to-day support to the current Project Managers within the Due Diligence Team.
