For the right candidate this role provides excellent long-term career prospects within our firm.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding: Seamlessly integrate new clients into our systemsDraft Correspondence: Prepare and manage client communicationsClient Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for our clientsRecord Management: Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding with precisionDocument Preparation: Collate and prepare essential financial documentsData Entry: Ensure accuracy and care in all typing and data entry tasksLiaison with Key Bodies: Communicate with the ATO, ABR, and ASICLodgement Monitoring: Track and lodge returns and forms within specified timeframesBusiness Name Management: Oversee the application, registration, and maintenance of business names, transfers and cancellationsReception Relief: Provide ad-hoc support as requiredTeam Induction: Welcome and induct new members to the Business Services team(s)What You Will Bring To Our TeamThis is an exciting career opportunity for a positive, proactive and motivated professional with experience in a similar role.
