As our newest Property Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to both landlords and tenants, maintaining our portfolio of premium properties.What You’ll Do:
Landlord & Tenant Liaison: Build strong relationships, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of any issues.
Maintenance Coordination: Support property managers with ensuring properties remain well-maintained.
Financial Management: Assist with rent collection, bond processing, and outgoing payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet our, landlords and tenants high standards.
Property Viewings: Help with organising and conducting open homes, providing potential tenants with a seamless experience.
Data Management: Maintain and update property details in our systems.
Client Communication: Provide responsive and professional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Ad-hoc Duties: Support our property management division with additional tasks as required.
About You:
You have a Real Estate Assistant Agents License (Certificate of Registration) or a full Real Estate License—this is essential.
Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
You’re systems-oriented, highly organised, and thrive on attention to detail.
You excel at time management and can prioritise tasks effectively.
Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are top-notch.
You’re a problem solver, capable of making informed decisions on the go.
Customer service is your strength, and you genuinely enjoy working with people.
Experience with PropertyMe or other property management software is a bonus.
Professionalism, ethics, and teamwork are key aspects of your work style.
