We're now looking for an experienced, capable Advertising Strategist to drive RedOwl's Advertising strategy to promote its products. This role requires a unique blend of expertise across all areas of advertising – from planning campaigns to creatively executing them.
Role Summary
The candidate should be able to craft highly effective, engaging advertising campaigns to support our business goals.
Responsibilities
Be the advertising expert to plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns that bring together all stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
Work closely with the CEO and COO to advise on the best advertising campaigns that reach target markets, create customer awareness, and effectively promote the attributes of our AI Product.
Be at the cutting edge of developments in advertising technology such as the use of AI, digital video creation methods, and the use of platforms to support personalized advertising.
Distill complex technology topics and concepts in order to create thought-provoking, effective advertising campaigns.
Oversee all operational aspects of advertising campaign management, including budgeting and forecasting needs.
Uphold a high standard of execution and craft in copyrighting, graphic design, and videography for all brand-related content.
Work with advertising agencies, PR agencies, and media to ensure strong brand presence across all channels; both digital and offline.
Mentor and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders.
Qualification and Skills
A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising-related roles.
Previous experience in a senior leadership position in advertising. In-house experience in a tech company would be highly valued.
Strong creative execution skills such as visual design, copywriting, media scripting, video production, and ad placement on all channels (digital, television, print, out-of-home, etc.).
Strong understanding of the latest advertising trends and campaigns in the B2B space.
Deep understanding of the finance & accounting industry, including customer trends and advertising campaign strategies that work in this industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
