Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-time Marketing Specialist to lead our branding, communications, and strategic marketing activities across all business units, with a strong focus on multicultural patient engagement and corporate outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify promotional and growth opportunities
* Design and implement digital and offline marketing strategies tailored to multicultural audiences
* Produce and manage multilingual marketing materials across various platforms
* Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimise outcomes
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business goals
* Build and maintain media, community, and corporate partnerships to enhance brand presence
* Support event coordination and patient engagement initiatives
* Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies based on market analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing
* Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns across international markets
* Strong skills in developing bilingual or multicultural content
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing platforms
* Demonstrated experience in trade show planning, promotional material development, and market research is highly regarded
