About the role: We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The EA serves as a primary point of contact, liaison, and coordinator for their executive, facilitating smooth communication and workflow within the executive office and across departments.
Permanent part-time role, based at our new West Perth office 0.6 FTE considered, noting we prefer coverage across Monday to Friday An agreed work pattern would be discussed with the preferred candidate Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home Responsibilities will include: Executive support including calendar management, prioritizing and monitoring emails and correspondence, and proactively identifying information that can be responded to immediately and accurately Partnering and supporting the executive with an ability to connect executive priorities to Bethanie's Mission and Strategic goals Developing executive administration systems and processes to improve productivity Providing backup support to other members of the executive team and their EAs as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment About you: You are calm and composed with exceptional organisational skills, discretion, professionalism, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive and forward-looking, anticipating the needs of your executive and ensuring seamless preparation and support is provided.
You are a precise and efficient multi-tasker with well-developed time management skills. Previous experience supporting executive leaders is essential.
You will also bring:
