Benefit from established resources and a supportive network About the Role: External Sales: Focus on maintaining and growing existing relationships (60%) and acquiring new business (40%) with the goal to increase business revenue Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with trade customers (the end user, e.g. builders and tilers), conduct product demos and attend trade shows Area Covered: Based out of Caringbah, the majority of work will be around Sydney (particularly the Sutherland Shire) with an occasional trip to Wollongong or Newcastle Product Focus: Promote high-end brands such as iQ Power Tools, RUBI Tools, and IMER group, as well as consumables like tile adhesives and waterproofing membranes Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to drive business growth and strategy Package: Base Salary Super, Hyundai iLoad, Phone Laptop. Profit Share Bonuses paid annually About You: Experience: A proven track record in external sales will allow you to hit the ground running Industry Knowledge: Experience with the construction supply industry in some form is essential Customer Focused: Skilled at maintaining and growing key customer relationships, with a knack for effective product demonstrations Autonomous: Capable of independently managing and growing your customer base with minimal supervision, leveraging your initiative and self-direction Adaptable: Open to learning about new products and technologies, with the flexibility to adapt strategies to evolving market needs Travel Ready: Willing to travel around Sydney to engage with clients and attend trade events.
