CSL Behring has an opportunity for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to focus on the maintenance, repair and calibration of electrical and instrumentation equipment on site. The position is a Monday to Friday day shift. You will be responsible for fault correction, calibration, preventative maintenance, and overhaul of instrumentation and control equipment. Responsibilities include shutting down, isolating and testing machines and equipment for maintenance purposes, diagnosing faults in control and monitoring loop elements, electronic systems and sub-assemblies, and performing routine calibration of process instruments. You will work within a regulated environment, where the highest standards of execution are a natural expectation. You will interpret control system and electrical/electronic circuit diagrams and prepare sketches of system and circuits/circuit modifications. Experience in the maintenance/servicing of control systems in a modern pharmaceutical plant or similar process plant, including pneumatic control systems, is desirable. You should have good communication and computer skills, and exposure to a computerised maintenance management system.
