HR Business Partner 12 month FTC paying up to $160k plus super Great supportive team based in Mascot Excellent opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join a global company based in Mascot.

Reporting into HRD, this collaborative team and manager will see you use your exceptional partnering skills to influence, guide and coach key stakeholders in the business through projects as well as HR BAU.
Key Responsibilities: Providing business partnering solutions, advice, guidance and counselling to key stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to ensure alignment with local legislative and best HR practice Managing the day to day HR operational requirements and metrics Lead employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Liaise and work closely with HRM and stakeholders to implement Organisational Development projects such as Graduate program, Capability leadership training programs and successional planning.
Maximize employee engagement to ensure increased talent attraction, retention and development through program and business partnering Manage regular HR business as usual programs (annual performance reviews, Merit/salary reviews, succession planning, bonus and reward schemes) Assist HRM by providing input to 5-year HR strategic Plan, annual Profit Plan (business plan), quarterly business reviews, APAC HR Operational reviews.
Experience: Solid HRBP experience, with project exposure focused on org development would be highly regarded Proven ability to work in a small team and operate and influence at all levels of the organisation Confident with Excel and SuccessFactors Proven critical thinking and mental agility – must be able to think strategically yet deliver pragmatically, think on feet and problem solving is essential Thorough experience in developing and administering HR policies, procedures and processes If you are immediately available, keen on role with supportive consultative team, then apply today for 12 months contract that may extend.
