Assistant Facilities Manager will work closely with Emergency Management Facilities Manager and Vendor Manager to develop sound working relationships with key client staff.Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.This position will assist the Emergency Management Facilities Manager to deliver the full range of services to the Entities.An Overview of the role: conflict and balance between client and firm requirements.Provision of Emergency Management Services Management of Facilities as designated by the Emergency Management Facilities Manager Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations.Coordinate with the Specialist Service provide on the planning on upcoming schedule of site training scopes, milk-runs, and site documentation upgrades.Verification of the contents of documents uploaded to the JLL & Client portals for compliance with AS-3745 and all other related state based regulations and legislation.Preparedness to ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained Ensuring everyone stays safe This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.Report and escalation of WHS near miss/good catches and incidents in accordance with CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix.Use and maintain a Property & Compliance database.Preparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systems Complete, update and maintain applicable web based management information
