If you are looking to join a great team and believe you have what it takes, come join us!The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, organised, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a Part-Time/and or Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, BAS, and superannuation. You will be an expert using XERO and have experience with Workflow Max software. In this role, you will work closely with the Directors to ensure financial records, payroll and reporting are accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.Support Directors to create and send invoices.Process payroll, including calculating pay, deductions, and recording staff wages.Prepare and lodge BAS/PAYG, Superannuation, and support external tax accountant prepare for annual tax return lodgements.Complete bank reconciliations, cross-checking financial records with bank statements.Manage client and supplier invoice inquiries and follow up any outstanding debtors.Prepare monthly reports: Profit & Loss against budget, Project Profitability, Staff leave, Billability, and Debtors Reports.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasting.Maintain accurate timesheets for services provided.Identify and propose continuous improvements to bookkeeping processes, including software, templates, and internal systems.Perform general administrative duties as required.Maintain filing systems and HR records of WCA Solutions Staff.Order monthly office consumables and tools.What We Offer:A supportive, friendly, and collaborative work environment.A modern, vibrant centrally located office in West Perth, close to great cafes, shops, and transports.A dynamic team committed to your professional growth.What You’ll Need to Bring:Bookkeeping qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Advanced knowledge of Xero (essential).Experience with Workflow Max (essential).High Attention to detail and Strong work ethic.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong data entry skills and the ability to develop report & graphs in excel spreadsheets efficiently.Intermediate skills in PowerPoint.Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A proactive, positive attitude and the desire to grow within a supportive organisation.How to Apply:If this role sounds like a great fit for you, please apply directly through Seek with your CV and cover letter.For any enquiries, feel free to contact our recruitment team at recruitment@wcasolutions.com or call us at 08 9383 3293.
