As a member of the National Intelligence Community and the Five Eyes Law Enforcement Group, the agency is at the forefront of tackling serious and organised crime both within Australia and offshore.Your new roleThe Assistant Director, Pay and Conditions is responsible for overseeing the Pay and Conditions team, coordinating internal and external payroll reporting, and managing SAP HR-related upgrades and system maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:Managing the Pay and Conditions team to deliver high-quality payroll and related advice.Handling payroll administration functions such as pay processing, pay cycle checks, leave provisions, and SAP functions.Extracting, analysing, processing, and presenting data for business use.Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver payroll functions.Providing expert advice on SAP systems and pay and conditions functions.Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to support service delivery and compliance.Managing projects and major system changes.Developing and delivering policies, processes, and procedures within the strategic people framework.What you'll need to succeedApplicants must be Australian citizens.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance and satisfy an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).
