Senior Administration Officer | HIAIS
We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer join our North Ryde HIAIS Team.
The Senior Administration Officer will have responsibility for providing day to day operational support to our clients, insurers and internal colleagues across a variety of administration responsibilities.

What the day will look like
4. Provide support with clients, insurers and internal colleagues to deliver the renewal process, warranty, General Insurance transactions and day to day policy administration.
5. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide operational support and escalate enquiries to Service Manager as required.
6. Handling a range of account management, servicing and administration support
7. Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
8. Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement process
