Reporting to the Hospital Director, this role ensures excellence across clinical and non-clinical areas through strong communication, operational efficiency, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:Operations and Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, oversee financial reporting, and ensure accurate billing procedures.Provide operational reports and collaborate on business strategies to achieve goals.People and Culture Management:Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development programs.Manage payroll and ensure compliance with HR legislation and WHS protocols.Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement:Drive business growth, manage marketing efforts, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.Oversee social media, website presence, and community event promotion.Clinical and Operational Support:Align staffing, rostering, and operations with organisational and accreditation needs.
Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualifications in business management or related fields.Proven leadership skills with experience in finance, HR, and WHS compliance.Marketing and stakeholder engagement expertise.High proficiency in operational tools and systems.
