Responsibilities
:
1. Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
2. Sorting, recording and delivering the team's mail;
3. Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
4. Maintenance of the archiving system and retrieval and destruction of files as required;
5. General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
6. Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
7. Deliveries for the office as required;
8. Assist with travel arrangements;
9. Assist with marketing activities for the division;
10. Processing of new client applications; and
11. Assist with data entry duties, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.
Education Requirements:

12. Certificate in Business Administration
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

13. 12-18 months in a similar role
14. Strongmunication Skills
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
