Other BEST locations may be considered for suitable candidates. As a Customer Progression Officer of the Regional Support team, you will provide high quality claims, contract delivery and performance support to your assigned area within the Workforce Australia department. While driving collaboration and high-quality customer service with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide intensive financial administration support to assist in the achievement of key performance requirements for the Workforce Australia contract, including generating financial outcomes and claims processing. About You: You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with: A keen interest to learn Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail and eye for accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Established interpersonal skills including connection, influence and negotiation. A demonstrated ability to confidently manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes. A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in administration, customer service, financial or compliance role. Sound knowledge and understanding of the Workforce Australia contract (desired but not essential). Relevant qualifications in Administration, Employment Services and/or Community Services (desired but not essential). Clear National Police Check.
