A Darling Downs based, leading agricultural company is seeking a Level Two ICT Technical Officer to join their ICT team. Level Two Helpdesk Role Work for an Established and High-Performing Agribusiness Varied Work with an Internal Customer Focus Why join the business: Our client, a thriving and leading agricultural organisation, is seeking an experienced ICT Technical Officer to join their ICT team. You will be working for a large scale, modern and well-equipped company who prides itself on quality food production. About the role: Reporting through to the ICT Manager, you will be providing Level 2 support to end users across multiple sites and setting within this 350 user organisation. Covering a wide range of functions, your role will include: Responding to helpdesk requests from internal customers; Providing IT support through remote access, via the phone, through email and in person, travelling to sites as needed; Advising on everyday application and software issues and processes, for systems such as Windows, Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Assisting users with iOS and Android needs; Setting up and troubleshooting hardware; Assisting with systems administration, network administration and security administration duties; Managing assets, equipment and documentation; and Performing other Level 2 helpdesk tasks. About you: To be successful in this position, you will have at least three years’ experience within a similar capacity and will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. You will additionally possess: Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role; High level communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; and The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required. Successful candidates will have a driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
