We also provide assurance services for overall non-financial disclosures to enhance the credibility of reported information. As markets move towards a greater focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks, our Climate Change and Sustainability services team helps our clients bring a high level of rigour and robustness to ESG information collection, measurement and reporting. This is where you come in.Your OpportunityTo support our vibrant and growing Climate Change and Sustainability services team we have an exciting opportunity for a Director to join our team, with a primary focus on leading our reporting and assurance services.As a Director within our team you will have the opportunity to drive business development in the fast-moving service line of Sustainability Reporting and Assurance across a range of sectors assisting clients with the application of reporting frameworks like Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards, Global Reporting Initiative Standards and others.You will be expected to apply your technical knowledge and relationship-building expertise as you lead Reporting and Assurance engagements, build trusted networks with our prestigious clients and grow your personal knowledge in this dynamic and exciting field. Your reporting and assurance knowledge will also be leveraged to grow client relationships in the advisory side of the business, and for non-assurance clients. Finally, as a Director, you will be expected to play a pivotal role in the development, training, and mentoring of our diverse and growing Climate Change & Sustainability practice.How are you extraordinary?

Your ExperienceWith an enthusiasm to deliver quality, you are technically minded, detail focused, interested in working with a broad range of industries, and for some of Australia's largest and most sustainable companies. You will have:
4. Knowledge and experience of international and Australian sustainability frameworks and guidelines and standards is essential. Demonstrable experience of some or all of the following would be considered favourably: International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS),Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme, Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
5. Exceptional assurance knowledge and experience including planning, risk assessments, designing the assurance approach and procedures, testing and analysis, review and reporting. Knowledge of and practical ability to apply International and/or Australian Auditing Standards (ISAE and ASAE) is essential.
6. Ability to conduct technical and high-quality analysis of sustainability-related processes and data measurement across a wide range of metrics, including benchmarking organisational performance.
7. Strategic thinking in relation to developing sustainability-related reporting and assurance services in specific sectors and/or jurisdictions
8. Proven ability to lead the thinking and relationships with C-Level / Board / Executives.
