Senior Systems Analyst - ICT APS5
Systems Analyst Professionals design, create, and evaluate ICT solutions for new and existing systems. They propose modifications and new designs based on user needs, gather requirements for improvements, and collaborate with business users and development teams. Their key responsibility is writing functional specifications from business requirements.

Senior Systems Analyst - ICT APS6
Systems Analyst Professionals design, create, and evaluate ICT solutions for new and existing systems. Solution Design Manager - ICT EL1
Solution Design Managers oversee the planning and implementation of ICT solutions aligned with business goals. They engage with stakeholders to identify process improvements and resolve issues, exercising independence and high-level judgment. In a leadership role, they drive innovation, manage competing priorities, and guide workplace practices under the direction of senior staff.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Analyze and evaluate business processes and requirements.
* Support the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
* Maintain and create solution documentation.
* Provide daily operational support and monitor business solution performance.
* Adhere to delivery methodologies and contribute improvement ideas.
* Conduct technical application assessments, weighing risks and benefits.
* Perform testing activities, including coverage reviews and test planning.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely project implementation.
Senior Systems Analyst - ICT APS6
* Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
* Design and implement solutions to meet business needs.
* Create and maintain solution documentation.
* Support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions.
* Adhere to delivery methodologies and suggest improvements.
* Perform technical assessments, considering feasibility, resources, risks, and benefits.
* Conduct testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect management.
* Perform cost analysis as needed.
* Manage the life cycle of system changes and improvements.
Solution Design Manager - ICT EL1
* Lead and support team operations: monitor performance, set priorities, manage resources.
* Oversee staff performance, attendance, and well-being; develop capabilities through coaching and succession planning.
* Ensure development and implementation of ICT solutions; identify gaps and functional interdependencies.
* Contribute to business management, strategic planning, and workforce planning.
* Manage finances, contracts, procurement, and resources; ensure projects meet deliverables on time and within budget.
* Report on business outcomes, KPIs, and quality assurance to manage performance.
* Exercise delegation in accordance with legislation and guidelines.
* Build action plans and make operational decisions on policies and resources.
* Prepare and review technical and corporate documentation.
* Engage and partner with other agencies and service providers to enhance service delivery
