This is a full time, fixed term position to April 2027.Full time - 36.25 hours per weekTownsville based role at our picturesque Bebegu Yumba campus in DouglasHEWL 9: $122,944 - $130,040 plus, up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, and other generous employee benefits.WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLEAs the Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, you will be at the heart of JCU's journey to achieve its strategic ambitions.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the governance, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across the University's most important strategic initiatives.
Your work will drive university-wide engagement, foster innovation, and enable performance uplift across multiple sectors of the University.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEWe're looking for candidates with postgraduate qualifications and extensive experience at a senior level in a complex, large-scale organization.
