The candidate will be placed within the MEP team.Senior cost manager providing support to the team across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.Engage with the market to obtain quotations/pricing to support cost estimate.Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.QualificationsQuantity Surveying, or related, degree5 - 7 years post-graduate experienceAIQS or RICS member or currently on the pathway to membershipExperience in CostX is preferred.With Defence clearance or Australian Citizen as a minimumAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
