San Remo continues to enhance its market position with a broad range of diverse and innovative products, supplying all major food retailers in Australia and New Zealand and has an increasingly strong presence internationally.This position does not offer the option of Working from Home (WFH).About the role:Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a National field team covering all Corporate, Independent, and Foodservice customers.Your responsibilities will include:Management of the State Sales Coordinators to ensure consistent field and state performance to achieve business objectives.Supporting the performance management of Territory Managers and Merchandisers nationally to maximize sales through in-store execution.Leveraging Field reporting tools to drive productivity, call coverage, shelf management, distribution, and market share.Supporting state account managers across multiple channels through a consultative approach.Working closely with the SSC to recruit and retain TMs and Merchandisers.Working closely with national business teams to manage resourcing requirements and point of sale inventory.About you:The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within the food sector with an understanding of how all aspects of the grocery and foodservice sector operate.Experience in the management of a large national team both remotely and on the ground.Exceptional communication skills & the ability to develop strong relationships.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence.Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.Be an excellent team player.Strong Computer/Tech understanding with experience with a range of field management tools.Suitably experienced Sales Professionals should apply including resume and a cover letter.
