The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Account Managers.The benefits:Join a growing regional Insurance Broker.Opportunities for growth.Ability to negotiate flexible hours for the right person.Being part of a supportive work environment.Desirably regional location of Orange.Role requirements:Providing a high level of customer service to clients, whilst working with brokers, underwriters, and other key partners.Participate in insurance policy discussions, pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities.Ensure accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures.Assisting in overall account management, support, and debtor management.Coordinating, managing, and compiling renewals and new business opportunities.Gathering relevant client information and discussing their requirements.The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:Experience supporting Account Managers with their client accounts (highly regarded).Client Service, underwriting, insurance broking, or general insurance product experience (highly regarded).Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve qualification upon commencement.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Desire for professional development through ongoing training.Professional Services experience in similar industries would also be looked upon favorably for the right candidate with relevant training and support provided.
