This position focuses on refreshing end-user compute (EUC), upgrading network infrastructure, and enhancing iOS device management within a modern Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Develop and execute a detailed project plan, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and scope. Agile Management: Utilize Jira to oversee sprints, epics, stories, and tasks, and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to define requirements for EUC, iOS device management, and network upgrades, aligning solutions with business goals. Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery, milestone success, and adherence to quality standards. Required skills and experience: Extensive experience managing IT integration or infrastructure refresh projects. Expertise in Microsoft 365 and iOS device management. Proficiency with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and team collaboration skills. Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate vendor contributions effectively.
