About The Opportunity
As a result of continued growth and success we have an exciting, newly created role available for a Customer Fulfilment Planner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage replenishment inputs from different sources (quantitative and qualitative data, including contextual information).
* Cross collaboration with Demand Planners to assess baseline forecast for NPI and BAU SKU’s.
* Control replenishment inputs such as dealer catalogues, new stores estimates, new business partners and monitor any demand changes to balance the stock across the different plants.
* Accurate Product lifecycle input – New product; Transition and retirement (including projected EOL).
* Collaborate with after sales and service centres for Min/Max management of Spares categories.
* Collaboration for alignment of assumptions, risk and opportunities based on exceptions, Channel alignment and Category/Retail Activation Managers as all risk and opportunities discussed during the monthly review sessions with NAM’s and feed into other S&OP meetings.
* Question the assumptions and rationale behind the forecast to have a solid understanding of the increase of decrease as per the relevant assumptions.
* Coordinate the Handover process between S&OP and S&OE (long/short term planning) with a focus on channel inputs and outputs.
About You
Ideally you will have a Business Degree or similar and the following skills/attributes:

* Intermediate Excel, Qlik and Power BI advantageous.
