About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide operational and tactical HR support, working closely with state and operational leaders. You will contribute to the business's strategic objectives by guiding and supporting leaders in various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting them in achieving their people strategies.
* Lead performance management, misconduct, and grievance resolution.
* Play an active role in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management.
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and the development of a positive work culture.

Essential Experience & Skills
* Solid experience in HR advisory or HR business partner roles, with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
* Expertise in workplace relations, including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
* Proven ability to manage performance issues, grievances, and misconduct cases.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR practices with organisational goals.
* Excellent coaching, consulting, and communication skills.
* Strong customer focus and a commitment to results and compliance.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
* Experience in a similar HR advisory or HR business partner role.
