Key Responsibilities include Leadership of the warehouse teams, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture.Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure customer requirements are metOperation of WMS systemsCoordination of container unloads including arranging labour hire Coordinate and manage AQIS inspections and ensure certification requirements are met and maintained Investigation of any instances of service failures, loss or damage of freight Implement and document corrective actions Coordinate and manage customer stocktakes, stock rotation, damages and losses and cycle countsCustomer Service Manage weekly reports detailing trends and balances Collaborate with other teams Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence.Manage and maintain effective relationships storage customers and internal stakeholders Your Background
