The Team: HR Technology & HR Transformation
We work globally and collaborate to address complex issues relating to organisation transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment, mobility, virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in support of business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and lead Dayforce projects to enhance business functionality and organisational performance with an exceptional user experience.
* Plan and facilitate client workshops including Solution Design Blueprints, Configuration workbooks, functional and technical documentation.
* Perform fit-for-purpose analysis, provide advice, recommendations, and reports on technology solutions and industry best practice.
* Design, build, test, deploy, and support the Dayforce solution, including Payroll, General Ledger, and People and Process design.
* Participate in opportunity management initiatives such as creating proposals and conducting solution demonstrations and discovery sessions.
* Undertake Payroll domain-specific advisory services, including remediation assessments, business cases, process design, and transformation roadmaps.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or qualification (preferred).
* Experience in designing and implementing Dayforce Payroll and GL in Australia, New Zealand, and International Locations (optional).
* Certification in Dayforce modules (preferred).
* Leadership skills, managing senior stakeholder networks, teams, coaching colleagues, and providing developmental feedback.
