The Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Service Manager to lead the New Street Service, a specialist early intervention service addressing harmful sexual behaviours in 10-17-year-old young people. The role requires operational management and clinical coordination across two sites, Tamworth and Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage human, financial, and physical resources to ensure best practice service delivery.
* Regular travel between sites to support staff and ensure optimal functioning.
* Ensure culturally safe and accessible services for Aboriginal children, young people, and families.

* Well-developed skills and experience leading staff in violence, abuse, and neglect services.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent with AASW membership or relevant qualifications.
* Current Australian drivers' license and willingness to travel regularly.
