Quarry Support Manager Division: BORAL RESOURCES (COUNTRY)Department: COUNTRY QUARRIES NSWWork type: Permanent - full timeLocation: Dubbo & Western, NSW North Coast Primarily based at one of our country Quarries (Optional as per below listed Quarries), the business is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented Quarry Support Manager to join the Team. The focus of the role is to ensure we have the skilled resources, plant and equipment available to deliver product on time and to quality standards. A strong safety focus and absolute commitment to Zero Harm is critical to the success of our business. Your day will involve: Driving a Zero Harm culture across the regions inclusive of the following Quarries: Macksville, Talbragar, Terramungamine, Beryl, Byrock, Teven, Johns River, Orange, Currabubula, and Grafton, to ensure that Boral Quarry Operations meet all safety, environmental and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Quarry Management teams to deliver major revenue projects including procuring mobile plant and contract crushing resources. Supporting Quarry operations in delivering capital projects and upgrades. Supporting continuous improvement activities across the Quarry business. Co-ordinating training activity and Trainer/Assessor resources. What are we looking for? Experience in quarrying or project management, ideally in mining or construction materials. Proven track record of managing large projects and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project. Safety and environmental leadership with a focus on Zero Harm culture. Certificate IV or above within Surface Extraction or Project Management (Desirable). Full Drivers Licence. What's on offer?
