ATCO Gas owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network, with over 750,000 connection points and 14,000km of pipelines. ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara.We’re looking for a skilled GIS Analyst to join our Asset Management team located in Jandakot, WA. Supporting the maintenance of spatial data and delivering solutions for project delivery and operations. You’ll work with multiple teams and contribute to the development of ESRI Portal and updates to ArcGIS Pro.What You’ll Do:Improve Enterprise GIS, including Web Mapping and Dashboards.Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support the efficient, accurate and timely recording, maintenance and delivery of asset information.Assist with day-to-day management of internal GIS databases and contribute to the development of data analysis tools.Provide high-level technical advice regarding Geospatial Information, GIS systems, standards and procedures.Maintain and update critical information such as mains and services locations, functional locations, meter numbers, land boundary data, address information and other relevant gas distribution assets.Exposure & ExperienceQualifications:Qualification or experience in Geography, Data Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Surveying.Skills:Experience using Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), FME (Feature Manipulation Engine).Experience in development of specifications, procedures and work instructions for geospatial systems.Knowledge of GIS programming logic (Python), SDE maintenance and structure.Knowledge in ArcGIS Pro Utility model and other applications like MicroStation (desirable).What we offer:Hybrid work arrangementsA competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with an annual incentive bonusSalary Sacrifice optionsReferral ProgramEmployee Share Purchase PlanAccess to corporate discounts, including health insurance, banking, and fitness clubs.Access to ATCO's Employee Assistance ProgramATCO fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
