You will be responsible for maintaining robust controls, upholding legal and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.Key responsibilities include:• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management – Monitor and assess anti-money laundering risks, oversee anti-bribery and corruption governance, ensure adherence to data protection laws, and maintain compliance with international sanctions regimes.• Compliance Monitoring & Assurance – Conduct regular compliance testing, risk assessments, and investigations into potential breaches, recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.• Stakeholder & Regulator Engagement – Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensure timely reporting and regulatory submissions and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on risk and governance matters.• Policy Development & Training – Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures, delivering training programs to enhance awareness and ensure adherence to industry best practices.• Advertising & Documentation Reviews – Oversee compliance of loan agreements, consumer communications, credit advertising, and website content to mitigate legal risks.• Third-Party & Competition Compliance – Ensure suppliers and business partners adhere to the group's compliance standards, preventing anti-competitive behavior.About you!You are a proactive and detail-oriented compliance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
