As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding our organization through the intricate landscape of workplace relations. Your expertise in Modern Awards, Case Management, and Investigation will ensure that our practices not only comply with current legislation but also promote a fair and equitable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Modern Awards Mastery: Provide authoritative advice and interpretation on legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and best practice application 1 .
* Case Management: Lead the case management process, ensuring timely and accurate advisory services in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures 2 .
* Investigative Acumen: Conduct thorough investigations aligned with legal and policy requirements, managing fair and transparent processes for misconduct and other employee relations matters 3 .
* Strategic Advice: Offer strategic specialist Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice, supporting the business and HR in a consistent and commercially sensitive manner 3 .
* Policy Implementation: Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, reviewing past precedents before giving counsel to promote a positive employee relations climate 2 .
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, ensuring compliance and risk minimization while balancing competing needs 3 .
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in Employee Relations, particularly within the context of Modern Awards and workplace investigations.
* Strong understanding of Modern Awards,employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
