About the Role
We are seeking an individual with strong skills and experience to manage the library's publishing work and support our creative and skilled team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage and coordinate team expertise to deliver engaging research publications.
* Lead incident and problem resolution, escalating technical issues to IT colleagues as necessary.
* Assist with reporting activities by managing web analytics and identifying improvements.
* Support the Director in delivering publishing enhancement projects.

You will be working within a dynamic team that manages the library's online presence, including our website, Client Portal, and publication of engaging research, legislative analysis, and data visualisation.
