Based in Rockhampton and reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the repair and rebuild of radiators and cooling components for heavy mining equipment.As Our New Leading Hand, You WillLead and mentor a small team.Ensure the smooth repair, rebuild, and remanufacture of cooling components for mobile mining equipment.Be hands-on with a mix of planning, quality control, and technical work.Work on top-tier brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi.Support continuous improvement and innovative practices.Help us exceed our customers' expectations for component availability and productivity.What We Need From YouA mechanical trade qualification (fitter, mechanic, boilermaker, or similar).Leadership experience.A can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving.Solid communication skills – teamwork makes the dream work!Experience with mobile mining equipment or heavy industry?
