About the role
We are seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Copywriter with a strong focus on B2B marketing within industrial sectors such as mining and OEMs. This role involves crafting compelling content for ads, social media posts, email campaigns (eDMs), and more. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital media, video production and website/SEO, experience in B2B marketing, and the ability to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
This is a remote role and reports to the Head of Marketing & Growth.
Responsibilities:
3. Write and edit website copy, social media captions, and email campaign content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
4. Write and edit scripts for videos such as product demos, eLearners and marketing materials.
5. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
6. Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to create effective content that drives traffic, generates leads, and increases conversion rates.
7. Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and SEO.
Skills and Requirements:
9. Proven experience in copywriting and SEO, particularly for B2B marketing in industrial sectors.
10. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
11. Knowledge of SEO, CRM and digital media best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content marketing
12. Familiarity with website analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics
13. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and design
14. Ability to work during Australian business hours
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
16. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
