The Web Application Developer plays a vital role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting high-quality information systems that meet the Public Transport Authority's (PTA) standards.
This position involves analysing system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance IT systems and services.
The developer also collaborates with stakeholders to gather and translate user requirements, share knowledge within the team, and provide guidance as needed.In addition to technical expertise, the role emphasizes operational effectiveness, service delivery, and project support.
Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to IT Service Management standards.
