Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing school clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Provide tailored furniture solutions by consulting with key stakeholders to address their office furniture requirements.
Managing customer enquiries, quotes, and orders with care and efficiency.
Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, fostering loyalty and trust.
Work closely with the project management and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of furniture.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
Keeping the showroom inviting, organised, and reflective of our professional standards.
Staying informed about new products and trends, allowing you to offer expert advice to clients.
Ensuring all tasks align with company policies, quality standards, and our commitment to environmental sustainability.
