Your deep expertise in process instrumentation, control systems, LV design requirements, and balance of plant design has made you proficient in programming various PLCs, SCADA, and HMI applications. Your strategic thinking allows you to effectively influence outcomes, and you excel at solving complex operational challenges, even in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. With a proven track record of delivering successful results, you also bring a strong understanding of asset management functions and processes to your work.About the role:To put it simply… you will use your technical experience to contribute to delivering our Capital program. This will involve supporting the design and delivery of replacements of hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years!As an Electrical Engineer, you will be…Providing engineering and technical advice to a range of stakeholders including Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Production Managers.Working to deliver a range of secondary system projects to ensure the continued operation of our fleet of assets.Leading the integration of our unit controls standard model design from concept design through to final on-site commissioning.Reviewing and making recommendations towards the final engineering sign-off of key engineering documents.Supporting and mentoring peers to build the engineering capability of the team, including mentoring graduates as they move through the team.In addition to a competitive remuneration package, this role offers the unique advantage of being able to travel and see some of the most breathtaking locations in the state.
