Eco-Farms, a leading distributor of Organic Produce (Fresh Fruit and Veggies) and Grocery lines in Australia, requires an outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented Fresh Produce Sales Territory Manager to join our sales team and help grow our business in NSW.
In this role, you will work directly with prospects and customers to increase produce orders, provide customer service, establish beneficial relationships, and meet sales quotas.
Role / Duties Manage current customer base through frequent communications Be aware of the seasonality of fruit and veggies and be able to educate customers Answer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective customers Target prospects and conduct cold calls or introduce strategies in order to continuously grow the customer base Cyclic visiting of customers throughout NSW & ACT Recover and develop lost customers Work to meet sales targets & KPI's
Skills / Attributes 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably dealing with produce specifically Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships Outgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer service Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records Experience negotiating The role will be based in Homebush and out in store making calls to customers.
