The Admissions Consultant will support the school's admissions and enrolment processes, helping attract students who align with the school's values.
As a key representative, you will assist the Registrar in guiding families through a smooth and welcoming admissions experience.
The position requires being onsite five days a week with the possibility of attending school activities and events outside regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities Prospective Family Engagement Serve as a primary contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing queries about the school's programs, values, and policies.
Enrolment Process Coordinate the enrolment journey, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate student interviews, keeping the Principal informed on individual cases.
Liaise with staff to address enrolment-related issues.
Events & Tours Coordination Assist the Registrar in organising and leading open days, school tours, and admissions events to create engaging experiences for prospective families.
Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate applicant and student records, generating reports to inform strategic decisions, track trends, and meet admissions targets.
Enrolment Strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a strategic enrolment plan to attract students who align with values.
Collaboration with Marketing Work with the Marketing Manager to promote the school through marketing materials, online content, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging.
Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with admissions policies and stay informed of relevant regulations and industry standards.
Skills & Attributes Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business administration, or a similar role, ideally within an educational setting.
Exceptional administrative and organisational skills, and IT literacy Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and ability to connect with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds A Commitment to providing high quality services and stewardship of community relations A Collegial, warm and professional demeanour.
