We are seeking an organised administration or scheduling professional to join our team at Kareena Private Hospital. In this role, you will be joining an experienced administration team where you will provide comprehensive customer-focused service to our patients, families, and visitors and be responsible for all bookings and administrative duties related to our Operating Theatres and pre-admission team.

Part Time – 48 hours per fortnight

You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and understand how to leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values.
You will also demonstrate :
* Previous experience as a Medical Administrator
* Experience working with Medical Terminology
* Be passionate, engaging, and focused on providing exceptional customer service and sensitivity to patient & family needs
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks within a designated timeframe
* Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new systems including Patient Management software.
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly base salary of $32.30 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
