Job DescriptionAbout the roleReporting to the Group Manager, Sustainability & Analytics, the Processing Operational Analyst will focus on Primary and Further Processing, Cold Stores and Procurement operations and provide timely and accurate data analysis and reporting on financial and operational performance and trends.You'll enjoy playing a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and information to our operational decision makers so they can understand and interpret their results to make informed decisions on how to meet their objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Other responsibilities for this role include, (but are not limited to): Analysis of daily / weekly / monthly financial and operational performance of all activities at our Cannon Hill food processing facilityDevelopment of timely and accurate reports and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs;Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making with a focus on measurable and sustainable outcomes.Analyse revenue and cost structures of ACC's primary and further processing divisions to identify and support initiatives for improved financial performance.Attendance at operations and KPI review meetings to present data and information to managersPreparation of reports and presentations on monthly operational performance and KPIs;Identification of financial and process improvement opportunities.Working with the finance team to understand and analyse periodic financial reports;Spending time in all production areas to obtain an in depth understanding of processes and the language used to be able to effectively communicate with operations team members;Contribute to a high performing and engaged team as success is delivered through teams working together to achieve outcomes.Assistance with obtaining and reviewing inputs and assumptions for annual budgeting process.What's in it for youStarting with approximately a one month intensive hands on immersion into our processing plant at Cannon Hill operations for onboarding, training and a thorough handover, you'll continue to enjoy:An attractive salary packageFree onsite parkingOnsite Gym and Health Centre with PhysioOngoing training and developmentGreat discounts on premium meatEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer progression opportunities throughout our supply chainAbout youWe are looking for a well-established, early in career, industry professional with demonstrated success in a similar capacity who can hit the ground running!
