As a key role, you will oversee the delivery and profitability of Workforce Australia contracts within designated areas, ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed team KPIs and contractual obligations.Establish clear direction for effective operations, set objectives and priorities, promote teamwork, and innovative solutions.Develop team capacity through leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and learning opportunities.Be accountable and transparent regarding business risk, governance, contractual, and financial performance.Ensure placement rates across locations/regions align with approved budgets.Liaise with local community providers to build relationships and represent atWork at public forums and committees as required.RequirementsAttributes and Experience:Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Services industry, including contractual obligations, guidelines, management, and performance systems.Proven experience managing teams/multiple sites in an Employment Services business.Excellent team management skills.Confidence in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Relevant commercial acumen.Highly developed interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License.A Diploma of Frontline Management is preferred but not essential, as is demonstrated cultural competency skills.What We OfferOngoing career development and national opportunities, including on-the-job training.Access to MedHealth Academy and individual training/mentoring.Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services *conditions apply.Job stability and guaranteed full-time hours.Achievable quarterly incentive scheme.Range of benefits including discounts for health insurance, access to psychology services, ability to purchase additional leave, roadside assistance, and paid parental leave.
