Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations. You will lead an experienced team of technicians in delivering high quality service and after sales support whilst identifying opportunities in the market for further growth. This dynamic role is suited for someone with extensive experience in the industry who is both motivated and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Service team and workload.
2. Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers.
3. Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department.
4. Maintain and develop long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Pursue new and existing service sales opportunities.
6. Coaching and development of Service Team
7. Ensure behaviour is consistent with business values and expectation/s.
8. Work constructively to deliver the strategic goals
About You
9. Team leadership experience
10. Ability to understand technical concepts and have experience with Liebherr Crawler Cranes and related equipment
11. Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships.
12. Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity.
13. Good communication and negotiation skills
14. Hold a current driver’s license.
