Exiting new opportunities within an expanding business. Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team, responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, providing detailed product information and services, and handling various administrative tasks.
You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations, serving as the go-to person for customer enquiries and support. As a proactive problem-solver, you will ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. T
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders
* Provide support to the sales teams
* Address customer enquiries and manage product returns
* Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely order fulfilment
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within the building products, construction or manufacturing wholesale space.
* To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Strong problem-solving abilities
