We offer competitive hourly rates, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.About the RoleTarget Care Packages (TCP) Support Workers provide flexibility to personalise supports to the individual needs of children and their carers, assisting in alternate placements outside of residential care such as family reunification, kinship, home-based care, lead tenant, or independent living.
