As the Head of EPMO you'll get to… Modernise and simplify our project delivery framework, governance and investment funding to match our changing operating model and processes. Optimise how we support delivery and decision making through our tools and technologies. Take a 'whole of portfolio' view to understand what is going on across and in our delivery teams and use this to drive focus, clarity and action through insights and quality reporting for our Executives and Boards. Efficiently manage Enterprise Delivery resources to ensure that our transformation initiatives are well-supported and executed based on the planned outcomes, in line with workforce strategy. Ensure new projects are set up for success, provide guidance and assurance support in line with our Health Check / PIR framework and drive a culture of sharing knowledge and learnings for the benefit of others. Lead a team of PMO Managers and Analysts who support Program Directors and delivery teams to keep momentum, uplifting capability and driving performance. What you'll bring to the role To be successful in the role you will have: Expert knowledge within a large, complex, and commercial environment of large-scale portfolio and project management office practices which include application of the appropriate project management methodologies, standards, and tools. A proven track record in the execution of complex, strategic, and transformational change, with the ability to move between strategy and execution. Deep knowledge of the business value drivers in banking or a financial services environment. Experience in successfully influencing Executive and Senior stakeholders and be able to present and liaise with Executive level stakeholders and committees. Led a team of PMO Managers, Analysts or equivalents to drive a culture of high performance, collaboration and ownership. A sound understanding of Lean Portfolio Management principles and practice and experience working with Agile principles, frameworks and tools. So, why work with us? Want big impact that matters?
