The Harvey Norman Commercial Mitchell ACT Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Coordinator to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
The Position
1. Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day to day duties
2. Confirm orders with customers
3. Order stock from suppliers for customer orders
4. Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
5. Keep track of all open orders by checking on stock levels, delivery dates, and payment
6. Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
7. Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
8. Enter orders into Great Plains
9. Follow security procedures
The Requirements
1. Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
2. Intermediate computer skills
3. Great Plains experience desired but not necessary
4. Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
